In preparation for the course, please ensure that you have Microsoft Teams downloaded and the capability to access Microsoft-based documents, including PowerPoint and Word. This will facilitate a smooth learning experience during the course.

Lesson Schedule:

We make every effort to adhere to the scheduled lesson times each week. However, please be aware that there may be instances where it becomes necessary to reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will do our best to notify you in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, please note our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations and refund requests can be accommodated up to 48 hours before the course's scheduled start date.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of your valid cancellation request.
